1. Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
The Rune 1 smart ring is currently in the pre-order phase. We're working hard to bring you a premium health wearable, and shipping will begin once manufacturing is complete.

- Now — Pre-orders open. Full payment collected, fully refundable until ship date.
- Q2 2026 — Manufacturing and quality assurance. We'll send you progress updates.
- Q3 2026 — Shipping begins! Orders fulfilled first-come, first-served by order date.

If There Are Delays

We ship the Rune 1 worldwide. Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

4. Order Processing
Once shipping begins for pre-orders (Q3 2026), here's what to expect:
- Processing time — 1–2 business days after the shipping window opens
- Order confirmation — Immediate email with your order details
- Ship confirmation — Email with tracking number when your order leaves our facility
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are fulfilled first-come, first-served based on the original order date.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Every order includes full tracking from our facility to your door.

- Real-time updates — Track your package on the carrier's website
- Delivery notifications — Updates when your package is out for delivery and delivered

- PO Boxes — We can ship to PO Boxes in most countries, but delivery times may be longer
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) — Supported for US military personnel; allow extra transit time
- Remote areas — Delivery to very remote locations may take longer or require special arrangements
- Sanctioned countries — We cannot ship to countries under US, EU, or UN sanctions
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply for international re-delivery).

Refused Delivery
